Now that you have your marketing up and running, the first sign that your ads are being seen is that you will begin receiving opt in notifications from your autoresponder for your website. In an ideal world, this is how everything would flow:
1. You Place Your Ad
2. You Receive an Opt In Notification
3. Your Prospect Sends You the I Qualify Email
4. You Send Your Prospect an Invitation to the Next Live Call/Webcast
5. Your Prospect Attends the Call
6. Your Prospect Signs Up and You Have a New Team Member!
The above process does happen as many of you have already experienced this, but there are certain steps you can take to increase your I Qualify responses and thus your total referral count.
Please see different scenarios listed below:
Keep in mind that you will always have more people who opt in vs send the I Qualify email. A lot of people are more "curious than serious" and want to know what's behind the form. However, you can help to push the process forward by sending a follow up email to your opt ins. When you receive an I Qualify email, you want to send your prospect an invitation to the next conference call/webcast. I personally don't dictate the time/day they should attend, I simply invite them to the next one. In the reservation email it asks that they send an RSVP if they can't make the scheduled call (if they are serious about the opportunity, they will RSVP).
As soon as you receive the I Qualify email, you want to send them the invitation. You will want to send the invitation again the day of the call as a reminder (People can be busy and a reminder doesn't hurt).
Optional Step:
If your prospect provides their phone number, if you are not phone shy, give your prospect a call sometime after you send the reservation email and before the time of the next call. You do not have to make it a long call, just a simple introduction. Again this is optional, but if you do it, you can say something like this:
Hello <Name>,
This is Oliver calling from the Free Online Cash System, how are you today? I wanted to touch base with you first and foremost and let you know that I'm a real person and do not hide behind my computer :) I also wanted to make sure that you received the reservation for tomorrow's live orientation call. Did you receive that? Will you be able to attend? Great, I look forward to having you on the call, please don't hesitate to get in contact with me via email or telephone if you have any questions after the orientation. Send a follow up email to your invites. You never know, something could have come up that made them miss the call.
